Relationship or boyfriend weight is reeeeeal.  It’s a mix of enjoying eating together, cuddling instead of exercising, and not trying to impress each other anymore.

The Fall and winter seasons are a notorious for relationship weight because you’re boo’d up, shacking up, wanting comfort food. It’s never ending grocery season. Everyone renews their Netflix, HBO, Sports Channels, and HULU accounts.

I think it’s a total badge of honor for the guys especially when it comes to their women looking healthy. It's not until you break up you realize what have I done? Am I wrong?
